The Dellatorre (pronounced dell-a-tor-ray); innovative blade design and engineering that redefines the classic pocket knife. Its name is derived from the Val della Torre, a town nestled in the scenic foothills of Italy’s Piedmont region—where Sandrin knives are born and crafted.

This elegant slip joint design features our proprietary polyhedral tungsten carbide blade. Sandrin’s patented StaySharp Technology™ retains a clean, sharp cutting edge longer than traditional steel blades. This state-of-the-art cutting instrument is housed solidly between precisely machined stainless handles accentuated by chamfered edges and finished with a durable black vapor deposition. A flare of red accents along the frame add a final distinction that sets you apart from the crowd. Slim and elegant, the Dellatorre slips gracefully into your pocket until needed.

Internally, the slip joint action is aided by bronze phosphorus washers, while the 71 HRC mirror polished blade intrigues the eye with its series of mathematically designed circles cut to reflect the Fibonacci number sequence. The Dellatorre’s unique blade, with its DLC mirror-like finish, glimmers like obsidian in the night.

A reversible titanium clip allows each owner to select in which pocket the Dellatore will reside until needed. This surgical-sharp instrument features a two-handed opening design suited for both executive carry and everyday cutting enthusiasts.
